摘 要:精细化工废水二级出水中溶解性有机物(DOM)具有成分复杂、去除难的特点。研究以江苏省某精细化工园区二级出水为研究对象,采用单因素试验研究了絮凝剂的种类及投加量、初始pH、助凝剂的种类及投加量、水力条件等对DOM去除的影响,并从微观上解析了DOM特征的变化。结果表明,在初始pH值为7.0,聚合硫酸铁(PFS)投加量为0.7 g/L,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量为0.1 mg/L,转速为250 r/min快速搅拌5 min,转速为60 r/min慢速搅拌10 min条件下,混凝对DOM、COD_(Cr)和UV_(254)的去除率分别为34.0%、29.5%和40.2%,较现状废水处理厂运行效果提高3倍,具有显著的优化效果。水质特征分析表明,混凝主要去除分子量较大及疏水性物质,且脂肪族化合物和芳香族化合物吸收峰、腐植酸类和蛋白类荧光峰明显减弱。Dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the secondary effluent of fine chemical wastewater is characterized by its complex composition and difficulty in removal.In this study,the removal and variation characteristics of DOM were investigated using secondary effluent from a fine chemical park in Jiangsu Province.The single-factor experiment was used to optimize the removal effect of coagulation.The operating parameters included type and dosage of coagulants,initial pH,category and dosage of coagulant aids,and hydraulic conditions.DOM properties during coagulation had been characterized on the microscopic scale.Results showed that,under the optimum condition(initial pH value was 7.0,0.7 g/L of PFS,0.1 mg/L of anionic PAM,rapid stirring at 250 r/min for 5 min,and slow stirring at 60 r/min for 10 min),the removal efficiency of DOM,COD_(Cr),and UV_(254)were 34.0%,29.5%,and 40.2%,respectively.Besides,the treatment under optimum condition was three times more effective than in current wastewater treatment plant,with significant optimization effects.The characteristics of DOM indicated that coagulation was mainly remove hydrophobic substances of higher molecular weight and that the absorption peaks of aromatic compounds and aliphatic compounds,and the fluorescence peaks of humic acids and proteins in the coagulated effluent were significantly weakened.
