摘 要:我国西部高原地区海拔较高、水温较低,是污水处理的一大障碍。西部某污水处理厂中原厂和扩建工程的生化处理工艺均为四级缺氧/好氧(AO)工艺,为了提高出水质量以及水资源的利用率,采用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)进行原池改造。改造后,即使在冬季水温低于10℃的情况下,出水CODCr、BOD5、氨氮、TN、SS和TP也能够稳定达到设计标准,证明了MBBR工艺在高原寒冷地区应用的可靠性。硝化小试研究发现,活性污泥对有机物的去除性能高于悬浮载体,而悬浮载体的硝化性能强于活性污泥,可为后续高原地区MBBR工艺的设计提供一定的参考。悬浮载体上硝化菌属(Nitrospirota、Nitrosomonas、Nitrolancea)的相对丰度高于活性污泥,是强化系统硝化性能的微生物学基础,间接证明了MBBR工艺在应对低温废水方面的优势所在。改造后,原厂和扩建工程的直接运行费用为0.471元/m^(3),且运行稳定,为后期西部寒冷地区MBBR的工艺推广提供了借鉴意义。The high altitude and low water temperature in the western plateau area at home are a major obstacle to wastewater treatment.A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in plateau included original plant and expansion project,and the biological wastewater treatment process is four stage anoxic/aerobic(AO).Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)process is adopted for the original pool retrofitting of this WWTP,which is used to improve the quality of effluent and the utilization rate of water resources.Even though the wastewater temperature is low than 10℃,the effluent of CODCr,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,TN,SS and TP steadily reached the designed discharge standard steadily after retrofitting,which proves the reliability of MBBR process in plateau cold area.The nitrification trial indicated that the activated sludge is more competent than suspended carrier in organic matter removal,whereas the suspended carrier is more competent than activated sludge in nitrification,providing the design reference for the MBBR in plateau aera in the future.The total relative abundance of nitrifying bacteria(Nitrospirota,Nitrosomonas,Nitrolancea)in suspended carrier is higher than that in activated sludge,which is the microbial foundation for the enhancement of nitrification in the system.The direct operating cost is 0.471 yuan/m^(3)after reconstruction,and the operation is stable,which provides a reference for the implementation of MBBR in western cold aera in the further.
