摘　　要：注意缺陷多动障碍是一种发病率高但临床关注程度不足的精神障碍,通常起病于童年期,成年后符合诊断标准的患者少见。目前普遍认为,注意缺陷多动障碍属于神经发育障碍,成年后仍可做出诊断,且部分症状可持续终生,影响患者的精神健康和适应功能。本文通过回顾性分析注意缺陷多动障碍的临床特征、诊断现状与共病情况,以及外军对军人注意缺陷多动障碍的研究,如该精神障碍的患病率,其对军人军事环境适应功能的损害与可能的影响因素,旨在为我军在该领域的研究提供参考。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a mental disorder with high morbidity but insufficient clinical attention,usually presents in childhood and is rare in patients meeting diagnostic criteria in adulthood.Currently,it is widely believed that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder,which can still be diagnosed in adulthood,and some of the symptoms can last for life,affecting the mental health and adaptive function of patients.This article was reviewed the clinical characteristics,current situation of diagnosis and comorbidity of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,as well as the correlative study by foreign military troops,such as the prevalence,the damage to the military environment adaptation function and possible factors.This study aims to provide reference for the research of our army in this field.
