Mediating effect of electronic health literacy on the relationship between psychological health and online psychological help-seeking behavior in college students

摘  要:目的:探究大学生心理健康对网络心理求助的影响以及电子健康素养在其中的作用机制。方法:采用自编大学生网络心理求助行为问卷、电子健康素养量表(eHEALS)和简易心理状况评定量表(K10)对2239名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①大学生网络心理求助行为总分为13.96±5.20,心理健康总分为23.41±7.89,电子健康素养总分为27.49±6.23;②电子健康素养、心理健康与网络心理求助行为总分及各维度之间的相关关系中,电子健康素养与网络专业心理求助相关不显著,心理健康与电子健康素养显著负相关(r=-0.170,P<0.01),其余均显著正相关(0.143≤|r|≤0.891,P<0.01);③控制人口学变量影响后,电子健康素养(β=0.169,P<0.001)和心理健康(β=0.207,P<0.001)正向影响大学生网络心理求助行为,中介作用分析显示,电子健康素养增大了心理健康对网络心理求助行为的影响(c’>c),中介效应占总效应的12.5%。结论:大学生心理健康对网络心理求助行为具有正向显著影响,电子健康素养作为中介变量间接增大心理健康对网络心理求助行为的影响。因此,高校应采取相关措施提升大学生电子健康素养,提升大学生心理健康水平。Objective:To explore the impact of college students'mental health on online psychological help seeking and the mechanism of electronic health literacy in it.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2239 college students using a self-designed questionnaire on online psychological help-seeking behavior among college students,the Electronic Health Literacy Scale(eHEALS),and the Simplified Psychological Status Assessment Scale(K10).Results:①The total score of online psychological help seeking behavior among college students was 13.96±5.20,the total score of psychological health was 23.41±7.89,and the total score of electronic health literacy was 27.49±6.23;②In the correlation between electronic health literacy,mental health,and the total score and various dimensions of online psychological help seeking behavior,there was no significant correlation between electronic health literacy and online professional psychological help seeking,while there was a significantly negative correlation between mental health and electronic health literacy(r=-0.170,P<0.01),and the rest were significantly positive correlations(0.143≤|r|≤0.891,P<0.01);③After controlling the influence of demography variables,e-health literacy(β=0.169,P<0.001)and mental health(β=0.207,P<0.001)had positive impact on college students'online psychological help seeking behavior.Mediation analysis showed that e-health literacy increased the impact of mental health on online psychological help seeking behavior(c'>c),and the mesomeric effect accounted for 12.5%of the total effect.Conclusion:The mental health of college students has a positive and significant impact on online psychological help seeking behavior,and electronic health literacy as a mediating variable indirectly increases the impact of mental health on online psychological help seeking behavior.Therefore,universities should take relevant measures to enhance college students'electronic health literacy and enhance their mental health level.
