负面评价恐惧与大学生容貌焦虑的关系:功能失调性态度的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨负面评价恐惧、功能失调性态度与大学生容貌焦虑的关系,并考察功能失调性态度在负面评价恐惧和容貌焦虑间的中介作用。方法:采用负面评价恐惧量表简版(BFNES)、负面身体自我量表相貌分量表(NPSS)、功能失调性态度量表(DAS)对450名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:负面评价恐惧与容貌焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.593,P<0.001),与功能失调性态度呈显著正相关(r=0.610,P<0.001),功能失调性态度与容貌焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.809,P<0.001)。功能失调性态度在负面评价恐惧与容貌焦虑之间起部分中介作用,效应值为0.43;功能失调性态度的3个维度,即脆弱性、完美主义、寻求赞许起平行中介作用,效应值分别为0.16、0.11、0.07。结论:负面评价恐惧对大学生的容貌焦虑具有正向预测作用;负面评价恐惧不仅直接影响大学生的容貌焦虑,还会通过功能失调性态度间接影响其容貌焦虑水平。Objective:To explore the relationship between fear of negative evaluation,dysfunctional attitude and appearance anxiety among college students,and to investigate the mediating effect of dysfunctional attitude on the fear of negative evaluation and appearance anxiety.Methods:A sample of 450 college students were measured by Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(BFNES),Negative Physical Self Seals(NPSS)and Dysfunctional Attitude Scale(DAS).Results:Fear of negative evaluation was positively correlated with appearance anxiety(r=0.593,P<0.001)and dysfunctional attitude(r=0.610,P<0.001);Dysfunctional attitude was positively correlated with appearance anxiety(r=0.809,P<0.001).Dysfunctional attitude played partial mediating role between fear of negative evaluation and appearance anxiety with a mediation effect of 0.43;the three dimensions of dysfunctional attitudes,namely vulnerability,perfectionism,and seeking praise,played parallel mediating roles with the effect of 0.16,0.11,and 0.07 respectively.Conclusion:Fear of negative evaluation can positively predict college students’appearance anxiety.Fear of negative evaluation can not only directly influence college students’appearance anxiety,but indirectly influence college students’appearance anxiety through dysfunctional attitude.
