摘 要:城市更新以微改造高质量的发展取代粗糙扩张的发展成为城市建设的重点,老旧社区改造一方面应注重切实提高居民生活水平,另一方面应加强节能环保。文章以成都各社区墙体优化调研案例为基础,探究成都市抚琴路西北街社区的墙体绿色改造策略,并提出低经济微改造、绿色美观、智能墙体模块空间的策略,旨在为成都地区的老旧社区改造提供借鉴。Urban renewal has become the focus of urban construction by replacing the rough expansion with the micro-transformation and high-quality development.On the one hand,the reconstruction of old communities should pay attention to effectively improving the living comfort level of residents,and on the other hand,it should strengthen the energy saving,environmental protection and green.Based on the investigation cases of wall optimization in various communities in Chengdu,this paper explores the green wall reconstruction strategy of the Northwest Street community of Fuqin Road in Chengdu,and proposes the strategies of low-economy and micro-transformation,green and beautiful,and intelligent wall module space,aiming to provide reference for the reconstruction of old communities in Chengdu.
