摘 要:园区规划建设是连接产业和企业的重要纽带,涉及到城市形象与核心竞争力,绿色、低碳、集约、循环是园区建设的基本原则,在碳减排的大趋势下,应该积极探索建筑业低碳发展路径,同时,根据市场发展需求,提高园区智能化服务水平。文章针对中江智慧建筑产业园数字园区建设进行了研究,围绕绿色低碳、智能建造的核心理念,总结分析了该项目在设计、施工、运维等主要实施阶段的管理模式和技术运用,强调了BIM技术的应用要点,并通过系统平台建设利用打造绿色、智慧工地,助力数字园区项目高质量推进。Park planning and construction is an important link connecting industries and enterprises,involving urban image and core competitiveness.Green,low-carbon,intensive,and circular are the basic principles of park construction.In the trend of carbon emission reduction,it is necessary to actively explore the low-carbon development path of the construction industry.At the same time,according to market development needs,the level of intelligent services in the park should be improved.The paper conducts research on the construction of the Zhongjiang Smart Building Industrial Park digital park,focuses on the core concept of green,low-carbon,and intelligent construction,summarizes and analyzes the management mode and technical application of the project in the main implementation stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance,emphasizes the key application points of BIM technology,and builds a green and smart site through the construction and utilization of system platforms,so as to assist in the high-quality promotion of digital park projects.
