摘　　要：公共建筑内的机电设备之间存在诸多的联系,建筑设备监控系统以局域网为通信基础,采用现代计算机技术及相关控制器、传感器等对大楼的相关机电设备进行全面有效的监控和自动化管理,以确保建筑物内舒适和安全的环境,同时实现绿色节能的管理目的。There are many internal relations among the mechanical and electrical equipment in public buildings.The monitoring system of construction equipment is based on the local area network.It uses modern computer technology and related controllers,sensors,etc.to comprehensively and effectively monitor and automate the management of the relevant mechanical and electrical equipment in the building to ensure a comfortable and safe environment in the building while achieving the management purpose of green energy saving.
