摘 要:随着交运办[2023]56号文《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估规范》的贯彻实施,各地轨道交通集团公司对综合联调的要求日趋严格,对综合联调工期要求更高,对综合联调问题整改率、整改时间要求大幅提高。文章简单介绍上海外经集团控股有限公司开发的智慧联调系统,并重点介绍其中问题库的设计、开发思路,以及如何提高综合联调问题整改率,并通过应用示例展示问题库的运用管理功能。通过对问题库设计、开发、应用的管理分析,为国内城市轨交交通综合联调信息化管理提供借鉴和参考经验。With the implementation of the"Technical Specifications for Safety Assessment of Urban rail Transit before Initial"issued by the Transportation Office[2023]No.56,the requirements of rail transit group companies around the country are becoming increasingly strict,with higher requirements for the duration of comprehensive joint adjustment,and significantly increased requirements for the rectification rate and rectification time of comprehensive joint adjustment problems.This paper briefly introduces the intelligent joint adjustment system developed by China Shanghai(Group)Corporation for Foreign Economic&Technological Cooperation,and highlights the design and development ideas of the problem database,and how to improve the rectification rate of comprehensive joint adjustment problems.Moreover,the application management function of the problem library is demonstrated by an application example.Through the management analysis of the design,development and application of the problem base,it provides reference and reference experience for the comprehensive joint adjustment information management of domestic urban rail transportation.
