摘 要:由于回转窑中煤灰沉落及熟料颗粒内外烧成温度不同,大颗粒熟料外、中、内层矿物相组成不同导致水泥熟料强度的差异值得我们研究。本文借助化学分析、XRD定量分析和SEM形貌分析研究生产线上直径约40 mm的同一大颗粒水泥熟料外、中、内层化学成分、矿物组成和晶型结构。结果表明:从外层到内层的SiO_(2)、C_(3)S的含量逐渐降低,未和f-CaO反应的C_(2)S含量增加;硅酸盐矿物总体含量降低。从外层到内层C_(3)S-M1型向C_(3)S-M3型和C_(3)S-T型转变。Due to the differences of coal ash subsidence and internal and external firing temperatures of clinker particle in rotary kilns,the mineral phase composition of the outer,middle and inner layer of the large particle clinker is different,resulting in the different strengths of the cement clinker.By means of chemical analysis,XRD quantitative analysis and SEM morphology analysis,the differences of chemical composition,mineral composition and crystal structure of the outer,middle and inner layers of the same large particle cement clinker with diameter of about 40 mm were studied.The results showed that SiO_(2) content and C_(3)S content decreased gradually from outer layer to inner layer.Meanwhile,the content of C_(2)S that did not react with f-CaO increased,while the overall content of silicate minerals decreased.From the outer layer to the inner layer,the C_(3)S-M1 type gradually transformed into the C_(3)S-M3 type and the C_(3)S-T type.
