摘　　要：目的分析福建省女性健康素养水平的变化趋势和影响因素,为开展女性健康素养干预提供依据。方法收集福建省居民健康素养监测点2016—2021年的数据,选取有效样本中女性人口的相关数据采用SPSS 25.0软件进行分析。结果2016—2021年,福建省女性健康素养水平由14.3%提高到27.0%,其中,城市、<45岁以及初中以上文化程度女性的健康素养提升幅度较大。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,居住地、年龄、文化程度和职业是女性健康素养水平的影响因素,其中城市、中青年、高教育水平,以及职业为公务员、教师、医务、其他机关事业单位人员的女性健康素养水平较高。结论福建省女性的健康素养水平在稳步提升,在以后的健康促进和健康教育工作中应重点关注老年和文化程度较低女性的健康素养水平,开展针对性的健康素养提升措施。Objective To analyze the trend and influencing factors of changes in women's health literacy level in Fujian Province,and to provide a basis for conducting interventions on women's health literacy.Methods The monitoring data was collected from Fujian residents’health literacy monitoring points from 2016 to 2021,and the data of female population was selected from valid samples and was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results From 2016 to 2021,the health literacy level of women in Fujian increased from 14.3%to 27.0%.Among them,the health literacy level of women in city,under 45 years old,and with education above junior high school has significantly improved.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that areas,age,education level,and occupation were the influencing factors for women’s health literacy level,and women in urban areas,with middleaged and young,high education levels,and civil servants,teachers,and personnel from other medical institutions and institutions had higher health literacy levels.Conclusion The health literacy level of women in Fujian Province has steadily improved.In future,the government should focus on the health literacy level of elderly women and women with lower education levels,to carry out targeted health literacy improvement measures.
