摘　　要：目的了解上海市普陀区2022年各类公共场所的控烟状况,为进一步完善普陀区的控烟工作提供依据。方法采用现场观察法,对普陀区内《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例(修正案)》规定的13类禁烟场所共计108个监测点开展控烟监测,并对场所内人员采用电子问卷调查。结果在108个监测点中,有98%以上的场所设置了控烟举报电话,100%场所均张贴了禁烟标识,但仅有63%的场所配备控烟宣传资料,75.9%的场所有警示性图片。在控烟知识方面,非吸烟者的知晓率高于吸烟者;96.8%的调查对象认为“每个人都享有无烟环境的权利”;对“过滤嘴不可以降低吸烟危害”和“电子烟不可以帮助戒烟”的认知正确率较低。结论普陀区公共场所控烟环境需进一步完善,针对重点场所和重点人群应提高监管和宣教力度。Objective To understand the smoking control situation in various public places in Putuo District in 2022,and to provide the basis for further improving smoking control in Putuo District.Methods By the method of on-site observation,a total of 108 monitoring points in 13 types of public places specified in the Smoking Control Regulations of Public Places in Shanghai(Amendment)were selected for monitoring.Personnel monitoring in the site adopted E-questionnaire survey method.Results In 108 monitoring points,over 98%of places had set up smoking control reporting hotline,and 100%of places had posted“No Smoking”signs,but only 63%of places were equipped with smoking control publicity materials,and 75.9%of places had warning pictures.In terms of awareness of smoking control knowledge,the awareness rate of smoking control knowledge of non-smokers were higher than that of smokers;96.8%of the respondents believed that“Everyone has the right to enjoy a smokefree environment”;the cognitive correctness rates of“Filters can not reduce the harm of smoking”and“E-cigarettes can not help quit smoking”were lower.Conclusion The smoking control environment in public places in Putuo District needs to be further improved,and supervision and health education should be strengthened for key places and people.
