摘 要:目的了解南通市开发区职业院校2022年入学新生对艾滋病防治相关知识的知晓情况,为在校园中开展艾滋病防制宣传教育及干预效果评价提供理论依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法对南通市开发区三所职业院校2022年入学新生开展艾滋病防治知识调查,调查方法为匿名填写问卷。结果本次调查共3897名新生参与,男生有1505人(38.62%),女生有2392人(61.38%),平均年龄为(16.20±1.41)岁。新生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为80.73%;不同学校、性别、年龄新生的艾滋病防治知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同生源地间的知晓率差异无统计学意义。新生对“发生高危行为后(共用针具吸毒/不安全性行为等),应主动寻求艾滋病检测与咨询吗?”的知晓率最高(93.17%)。不同性别学生对青年学生艾滋病的主要传播方式、传播途径、预防和减少传播风险的途径以及感染者相关权利的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职校入学新生的艾滋病防治知识仍待提高。学校应加强针对性的艾滋病防治宣传,增强学生的自我保护意识及防病能力。Objective To understand the awareness about AIDS prevention and control of freshmen in vocational colleges in Nantong,and to provide the theoretical basis for carrying out AIDS prevention and education on campus and evaluating the intervention effect.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the a wareness of AIDS prevention and treatment among freshmen enrolled in three vocational colleges in Nantong.The investigation method was to fill in the questionnaire anonymously.Results A total of 3897 freshmen participated in this survey,including 1505 boys(38.62%)and 2392 girls(61.38%),with an average age of(16.20±1.41)years old.The overall awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among freshmen was 80.73%,and there were significant differences among freshmen of different schools,genders and ages(P<0.05).The awareness rate of seeking AIDS testing and counseling after high-risk behaviors(sharing needles/unsafe sex,etc.)was highest(93.17%).There are significant differences about the cognition on the main modes of transmission,ways of transmission,ways to prevent and reduce the risk of transmission,and related rights of infected people between sex(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment of freshmen in vocational schools still needs to be improved,and schools should strengthen targeted AIDS prevention and treatment propaganda to enhance students'self-protection awareness and disease prevention ability.
