摘  要:非正规就业是我国就业市场中必不可少的组成部分,在提供就业岗位、缓解就业压力方面发挥了重要作用。当前,非正规就业状况仍然有待改善,就业质量有待提升。文章使用2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据,通过构建偏比例优势模型探讨了影响山西省非正规就业群体就业满意度的因素。研究结果表明:健康状况、周工作时长、工作条件、收入层级感知、社会态度认知对就业满意度产生了显著影响。因此,强化制度保障,构建多层次社会保障体系、积极改善非正规就业群体的工作环境,努力实现用工合法化、完善职业教育培训,提升人力资本水平有助于提升非正规就业群体的就业满意度。Informal employment is an indispensable part of China's labor market,and it has played an important role in meeting China's employment needs and alleviating employment pressure.At present,the informal employment situation still needs to be improved,and the quality of employment needs to be improved.Using the data of the 2020 China Household Longitudinal Survey,the factors affecting employment satisfaction of informal employment groups in Shanxi province were discussed,and the results showed that factors such as health status,weekly working hours,working conditions,and evaluation of one's own income had a significant impact on employment satisfaction.Therefore,strengthening institutional guarantees,building a multi-level social security system,actively improving the working environment of informal employment groups,striving to legalize employment,improving vocational education and training,and improving the level of human capital will help improve the employment satisfaction of informal employment groups.
