沙利度胺联合复方斑蝥胶囊对晚期癌性恶病质患者细胞因子干预及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沙利度胺联合复方斑蝥胶囊对晚期癌性恶病质(CC)患者细胞因子干预及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年9月~2021年10月在青州市人民医院肿瘤科住院经评估为恶病质状态的实体肿瘤患者为研究对象。随机分为A组(沙利度胺+营养支持)、B组(沙利度胺+复方斑蝥胶囊+营养支持)和C组(营养支持)。28d为1个治疗周期,于治疗前1天、治疗第14天,治疗第28天空腹抽血检测肿瘤坏死因子及炎性因子IL-6;测量体重。结果患者第14天血清TNF-α、IL-6降低,体重增加;第28天各项检测指标进一步改善,差异均有统计学意义。结论沙利度胺联合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗能够降低癌性恶病质患者血清肿瘤坏死因子及炎性细胞因子IL-1、IL-6水平,稳定身体一般功能状态。Objective To investigate the effect of thalidomide injection combined with compound cantharidin capsule on cytokines and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer cachexia.Methods Patients with solid tumors who were evaluated as cachexia in the Department of Oncology,Qingzhou People's Hospital from September 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into three groups:group A(thalidomide+nutritional support),group B(thalidomide+compound cantharidin capsule+nutritional support)and group C(nutritional support).Blood samples were taken at 1 day before treatment,14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment for tumor necrosis factors and IL-6.Body weight was measured.Changes in serum tumor necrosis factors and inflammatory factors,body weight,and therapeutic efficacy were compared between groups before and after treatment cycle.Results On the 14th day,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 decreased and the body weight increased.The difference was statistically significant.On the 28th day,the test indexes were further improved.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of thalidomide and compound cantharidin capsule can decrease the levels of serum tumor necrosis factors and inflammatory cytokines IL-1,IL-6 in patients with cancer cachexia and significantly improve their quality of life,enhance the immune function of the body,and stabilize the general functional state of the body.
