康复运动处方联合呼吸训练对青少年脊柱侧弯的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察脊柱侧弯青少年在常规康复运动处方基础上,联合呼吸训练的临床疗效。方法选取来我院康复医学科门诊就诊的脊柱侧弯青少年,按治疗方案不同分成对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予以常规康复训练,治疗组在常规训练基础上联合呼吸训练,治疗8周后比较两组临床疗效、日常生活能力、肺功能以及生活质量的差异。结果治疗8周后,治疗组临床疗效、日常生活能力、肺功能、生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复运动处方联合呼吸训练能提高脊柱侧弯青少年的临床疗效、日常生活能力、肺功能和生活质量,可进行临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scoliosis adolescents combined with breathing training on the basis of routine rehabilitation exercise prescription.Methods The scoliosis adolescents admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to different treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group;The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group received conventional training combined with breathing training.The differences in clinical efficacy,daily living ability,lung function and quality of life between two groups were compared after eight weeks of treatment.Results After eight weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,daily living ability,lung function and quality of life of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise prescription combined with respiratory training can improve the clinical efficacy,daily living ability,lung function and quality of life of adolescents with scoliosis,and it is worthy of promotion.
