摘 要:以草木灰、釉果、钾长石、高岭土、方解石等为主要原料,在还原气氛、1300℃条件下制备草木灰釉。采用正交和单因素法对草木灰、釉果、方解石等用量对釉面质量及形成机理进行研究。利用色度仪、XRD、SEM等测试技术对釉面色度、釉层物相组成和显微结构进行表征。结果表明:当釉料配方组成(wt%)为草木灰18.9%、釉果37.8%、方解石4.9%、钾长石30.4%、高岭土8.0%,在还原气氛、烧成温度1300℃和保温30 min条件下,可以获得釉面质量较佳的草木灰釉。Plant ash glaze was prepared under a reducing atmosphere at 1300℃,with plant ash,glaze stone,potassium feldspar,kaolin,calcite,as the main raw materials.The influences of content of plant ash,glaze stone and calcite on glaze quality and forming mechanism were investigated via orthogonal and single-factor experimental methods.Chromatic value,phase composition and microstructure of the samples were studied by using colorimeter,XRD and SEM.The results show that plant ash glaze with better quality may be obtained at firing temperature of 1300℃for 30 min under a reducing atmosphere,when batch formula consists of(wt%)plant ash 18.9%,glaze stone 37.8%,calcite 4.9%,potassium feldspar 30.4%and kaolin 8.0%.
