摘　　要：中国人民银行四川省分行营业管理部与四川省金融科技学会发布的《2023公共数据金融应用白皮书》首次提出了“公数金用”概念,特指公共数据面向金融领域的开放和应用。四川省公数金用起步较早、发展较快,形成了较为丰富的实践。人民银行四川省分行营业管理部成立专项课题组,重点选取银政通。The People's Bank of China Sichuan Provincial Branch has established a special task force to conduct deep research on characteristics of the finance sector using public data in Sichuan province from the perspectives of financial support for social governance,credit information sharing,and regional finance reform.The task force has also put forth recommendations for further exploration.
