新业态下旧工业建筑更新再利用研究——以厦门市悦华路10号为例

摘　　要：旧工业建筑承载着城市的工业记忆,同时具有较高的经济价值。对旧工业建筑的更新与再利用有利于推动城市产业的升级与发展。本文先总结了旧工业建筑再利用的意义与先决条件,通过阅读相关文献,归纳常用策略,然后围绕厦门的旧工业建筑更新再利用展开研究实践。研究以厦门湖里区悦华路10号的旧工业建筑为例,提出具体的改造方案,建议将其打造成电竞产业与电商直播相结合的双电综合体。研究旨在为厦门旧工业建筑和相关产业的升级与可持续发展提供一种全新的思路和模式。Old industrial buildings carry the industrial memory of the city and have high economic value.The renewal and reuse of old industrial buildings can propel the upgrading and development of urban industry.This paper first highlights the significance and prerequisites of reusing old industrial buildings,summarizes the common strategies by reading related literature,and then focuses on the renewal and reuse of old industrial buildings in Xiamen to carry out research and practice.The research takes the old industrial building at No.10 Yuehua Road,Huli District,Xiamen,as an example,and proposes a specific renovation plan,suggesting transforming it into a complex that combines the e-sports industry and e-commerce live broadcasting.The study aims to provide a new idea and model for the upgrading and sustainable development of old industrial buildings and related industries in Xiamen.
