住区架空层老幼共享型公共空间设计策略——以成都银海湾小区为例

摘　　要：小区架空层作为居住区公共空间的重要组成部分,能够为居民提供包含休闲、交流、健身和娱乐等多重功能的活动场所。本文首先通过分析老年人与儿童的身心与行为特征,归纳了两类群体对住区公共空间的需求。接着以成都市温江区银海湾小区架空层为例,针对架空层空间现存问题,提出三点设计策略:打造多个功能分区、保留原有建筑结构、提升场地安全性,以打造能满足老幼群体活动、社交和陪伴需求的架空层公共空间。研究旨在探讨如何构建老幼共享型公共空间,提升老幼群体的生活质量。As an important part of the public space in residential areas,the stilt foor can provide residents with a multi-functional placefor leisure,communication,fitness and recreation.This paper firstly analyzes physical,mental and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and the young,and summarizes their needs for public space in residential areas.Then taking Silver Bay,a residential complex in Wenjiang District,Chengdu as an example.the authors propose three design strategies to address the existing problems in the stilt foor,including creating multiple functional zones,preserving the original architectural structure,and improving safety of the site,in order to create a stilt floor that meets the needs of the elderly and children for activities,social interactions and companionship.The study aims to explore how to build shared public spaces for the elderly and children to improve the life quality of these people.
