摘 要:目的:本研究探讨如何通过共享心智模型的构建,弥合游客、CMF设计师及CMF工程师之间对邮轮内装CMF设计中情感语义信息的认知差异。方法:以邮轮客舱墙面装饰材料为CMF设计对象,选取3种角色共10名被试参与调查。先通过半结构访谈法,了解不同角色对不同材料的情感语义理解,分别建构个体心智模型,然后通过深度汇谈法,建构共享心智模型,获取情感语义分析结果并加以验证。结果:共享心智模型的构建使有认知差异的被试修正了对设计目的及效果的认识:由此而得出的邮轮内装CMF设计方案也符合设计预期。结论:共享心智模型的构建对邮轮内装CMF设计效果具有显著积极影响。研究对CMF情感语义研究的理论探索构成补充,也为国内邮轮内装CMF设计的应用实践提供了一种方法指导。Object:This study investigates how to bridge the cognitive differences between tourists,CMF designers and CMF engineers in the emotional semantic information in cruise ship interior CMF design through the construction of the Shared Mental Models.Method:Using the wall decorative materials of cruise ship cabins as the CMF design object,1o subjects in 3 roles were selected to participate in the survey.Through the semi-structured interviews,the different roles'emotional semantic understanding of the materials were explored and the individual mental models were constructed;then through deep conversations,the shared mental models were built:finally,the results of the emotional semantic analysis were obtained and validated by the Python program.Result:The construction of the shared mental models enabled subjects with cognitive differences to revise their perceptions of the purpose and effect of the design;the resulting CMF design solution for cruise ship interiors also met design expectations.Conclusion:The construction of the shared mental model has a significant positive impact on cruise ship interior CMF design.
