摘  要:钢填板螺栓连接是一种常用的木结构连接形式,但该连接五金件在某些环境下易腐蚀,影响连接承载力和耐久性,且易形成局部热桥,降低热工性能。提出用GFRP板和销替代钢填板和螺栓,形成防腐、隔热的木结构连接,提升其耐久性。针对这类连接,开展GFRP销弯曲试验、GFRP销槽顺纹承压强度试验以及GFRP填板单销连接顺纹承压承载力试验。结果表明:与Q235钢销相比,相同直径的GFRP销屈服弯矩和抗弯刚度均稍低于钢销的;GFRP销槽顺纹承压强度与钢销槽顺纹承压强度相同;连接承载力与GFRP销的截面面积正相关;对于销在边部木构件和填板中皆形成塑性铰的屈服模式,侧构件厚度不影响连接承载力;侧构件厚度越小,连接荷载-位移曲线塑性段荷载下降越大;侧构件厚度与GFRP销直径的比值越小,侧构件对于GFRP销的约束作用越小,荷载-位移曲线塑性段的下降趋势越明显。基于GFRP填板单销连接销槽变形和应力分布特点,提出了销槽应力线弹性分布假设,推导了GFRP填板单销连接承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。Bolted steel-to-timber connection is a popular connection style in timber structures.However,such connection is easy to corrode in some specific environments.After corrosion,the bearing capacity and durability of the connection will be degenerated.The connection is also prone to local thermal bridge due to the metal parts,which affects the thermal performance of connection.In this paper,it was proposed to replace the steel plate and bolt with slotted GFRP plate and dowel to form a corrosion-proof,heat-insulated wood connection,and therefore improve the corrosion resistance and durability of the connection.Based on the new concept,a series of bending tests for GFRP dowel,tests for GFRP dowel groove-bearing strength parallel to the grain of wood,and bearing capacity tests of connection with slotted GFRP plate and single dowel,were conducted.The results show that compared with Q235 steel dowel,the yield bending moment and bending stiffness of the GFRP dowel with the same diameter are slightly lower.The GFRP dowel groove has the same parallel to grain bearing strength as that of steel dowel groove.The bearing capacity of the connection is positively correlatedto the cross-sectional area of the GFRP dowel.For yield mode that plastic hinges in dowel forming in both side wood member and slotted plate,the thickness of the side member does not affect the bearing capacity of the connection.The smaller the thickness of the side member,the greater the decrease in the bearing capacity of the plastic plateau of the load-displacement curve of connection.The smaller the ratio of the thickness of the side member to the diameter of the GFRP dowel,the smaller the constraint effect of the side member on the GFRP dowel,and the more obvious the downward trend of the connection in the plastic plateau of the load-displacement curve.Based on the deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the GFRP dowel groove in the single-dowel connection,an elastic distribution assumption of the stress of the dowel groove was proposed,and a
