摘 要:为了研究拉索结构的耐火性能,进行了中等直径(ø75)拉索的耐火性能试验,试验中考虑非膨胀型和膨胀型两种钢结构防火涂料的影响,对高温下拉索的涂料性能、温度场、变形、耐火极限及破坏形态等进行研究,对比分析两种防火涂料对拉索耐火性能的影响。同时,选取高温下拉索本构关系模型,建立拉索耐火性能分析的有限元计算模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:高温下拉索由于塑性变形过大而破坏;由于索中空隙的影响,索截面内部和外部的温度有一定差异;荷载比和防火涂料类型是影响索结构耐火性能的主要因素,高温下非膨胀型防火涂料的性能较稳定,保护效果较好,非膨胀型防火涂料保护下的索耐火极限较大;同类防火涂料保护下,荷载比越大,耐火极限越小。In order to study the fire resistance of steel cable strutures,an experimental research on the fire resistance of steel cable with a moderate dimeter(ø75)considering the influence of non-intumescent and intumescent fireproof coatings was carried out.The properties of fireproof coatings,the temperature field,deformation,fire resistance and failure mode of the steel cables in fire were studied.At the same time,the effect of the two fireproof types on the fire resistance of steel cable was also compared and studied.Based on the experiment,a finite element model for analyzing the fire resistance of steel cable was established by choosing appropriate material constitutives at high temperatures,and the caculation results agreed well with those of test.The experiment and FEA results show that the cable fails when it's plastic deformation turns larger excessively in fire.The temperature in the center of cross section is lagging than that of in the perimeter because of the cavity in the cable cross section.Load ratio and type of fireproof coatings are the main factors that influence the fire performance of steel cable structures.The performance of the non-intumescent coating is more stable than that of intumescent coating,and the fire resistance of the cable with non-intumescent coating is bigger than that of with intumescent coating.With the same fireproof coatings,the fire resistance increases with the decrease of load ratio.
