摘  要:准确估算陆地生态系统碳储量,探明其空间分布对于区域生态产品价值核算和增汇减排具有重要意义.目前针对京津冀全域开展的碳储量估算大多忽略了碳储量的空间异质性,本文基于实测碳密度采样点数据,结合植被指数、纹理因子、地形因子等遥感变量构建了地理加权回归(GWR)模型,在此基础上估算了京津冀陆地生态系统碳储量.结果表明:①以Exponential为核函数、交叉验证(CV)确定带宽的GWR模型估算效果最佳.②京津冀陆地生态系统2015年和2021年碳储量分别为2.00×10^(9)Mg和2.18×10^(9)Mg,其中2015年地上生物量碳储量、地下生物量碳储量和土壤碳储量分别为5.33×10^(8)Mg、1.80×10^(8)Mg和1.29×10^(9)Mg,2021年分别为5.58×10^(8)Mg、1.77×10^(8)Mg和1.44×10^(9)Mg.③森林、农田、草地生态系统作为京津冀地区三大主要碳库,碳储量分别约占区域总量的45%、31%和16%,碳储量整体分布格局呈现东北部和西南部地区较高、东南部和西北部地区较低的特征.研究表明,虽然京津冀地区总碳储量较大,但平均碳密度略低于我国平均水平,森林和农田生态系统平均碳密度远低于我国平均水平,未来碳汇增加潜力较大.Accurate estimation of carbon stocks and identification of their spatial distribution in terrestrial ecosystems are of great significance for regional ecological product valuation,sink enhancement,and emission reduction.Most of the current carbon stock estimates in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region ignore the spatial heterogeneity of carbon stocks.This paper constructed a geographically weighted regression(GWR)model based on measured carbon density sampling point data,combined with remote sensing variables of vegetation index,texture factors,and terrain factors.On this basis,the carbon storage of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei terrestrial ecosystem was estimated.The results show that:(1)The GWR model with exponential as the kernel function and cross-validation(CV)to determine the bandwidth has the best estimation.(2)The carbon stocks of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei terrestrial ecosystem in 2015 and 2021 are 2.00×10^(9)Mg and 2.18×10^(9)Mg,respectively.Among these,the aboveground biomass carbon stocks,underground biomass carbon stocks and soil carbon stocks in 2015 are 5.33×10^(8) Mg,1.80×10^(8) Mg and 1.29×10^(9)Mg,respectively,and in 2021,they are 5.58×10^(8) Mg,1.77×10^(8) Mg and 1.44×10^(9)Mg,respectively.(3)Forest,farmland,and grassland ecosystems,as the three main carbon pools in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,account for about 45%,31%and 16%of the regional total carbon stock,respectively.The overall distribution pattern of carbon stock is higher in the northeast and southwest regions,and lower in the southeast and northwest regions.This study has shown that although the total carbon storage in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is large,the average carbon density is slightly lower than the average level in China,and the average carbon densities of forest and farmland ecosystems are much lower than the average level in China.There is a great potential for increasing carbon sinks in the future.
