摘　　要：该文首先以双环单萜类天然原料α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯合成得到蒎酮酸、莰烯酸、异莰烷基甲酸、氢化诺卜酸,然后将这4种羧酸分别与环氧氯丙烷反应,合成了4种单萜类羧酸-2-羟基-3-氯丙基酯,用气相色谱分析法跟踪反应并确定反应终点.此类化合物可作为合成新型季铵盐的中间体,并通过IR、^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和MS表征了其结构,对反应条件与质谱数据进行了分析讨论.Four monoterpene carboxylic acids are synthesized from α-pinene,camphene and β-pinene.Four monoterpene carboxylic acids-2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl esters are synthesized by the reaction of pinene acid,camphenic acid,isocamphenic acid and hydronopolic acid with epichlorohydrin,respectively.The reaction is followed and the end point is determined by gas chromatography.Such compounds can be used as intermediates for the synthesis of new quaternary ammonium salts,and their structures are characterized by IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS.The reaction conditions and mass spectrometry data are discussed.
