摘 要:在钻井中,受地层非均质性、各向异性等地质因素和钻井参数等工程因素的影响,钻头在破岩过程中因受力不均而形成螺旋状不规则井眼的现象已较为常见。螺纹井眼环境下的测井仪器不能产生正确的地层信息响应,测井曲线失真,呈周期性高频齿状特征。分析了螺纹井眼的形成机理,讨论了螺纹井眼效应对各类测井曲线的影响,总结了目前螺纹井眼效应下测井曲线校正方法及其优缺点。研究认为,基于测井曲线特征的包络线校正法操作简单,但理论依据欠充分且校正精度低;套前套后曲线重叠校正法在精确提取地层波信号的前提下校正结果可靠,但受资料限制难以广泛应用;将螺纹井眼效应引起的周期性异常信号响应当成一种高频噪声,基于去噪的信号处理方法是目前主流的校正方法,校正效果较好且不会降低曲线分辨率。最后以阵列感应测井为例,提出基于测井原理的螺纹井眼效应正演数值模拟校正法是实现螺纹井眼段测井曲线校正的有效方法,也是未来需要重点探索的新方法。In drilling,it is common for drill bits to form spiral-shaped irregular wellbores due to uneven forces during rock breaking,affected by geological factors such as formation of heterogeneity and anisotropy and engineering factors such as drilling parameters.The logging instrument in the corkscrew borehole environment cannot produce the correct formation information response,resulting in the distortion of the logging curve and the periodic high-frequency toothed characteristics.The formation mechanism of corkscrew borehole is analyzed,the influence of corkscrew borehole effect on various logging curves is discussed,and the current logging curve correction method under corkscrew borehole effect and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized.It is concluded that the envelope correction method based on logging curve characteristics is simple to operate,but the theoretical basis is insufficient and the correction accuracy is low.The pre-sleeve and post-set curve overlap correction method is reliable under the premise of accurate formation wave signal extraction,but it is difficult to be widely used due to data limitations.The periodic abnormal signal response caused by the corkscrew borehole effect is regarded as a kind of high-frequency noise,and the signal processing method based on denoising is the mainstream correction method,which has a good correction effect and does not reduce the curve resolution.Finally,taking array induction logging as an example,the forward numerical simulation correction method of corkscrew borehole effect based on logging principle is proposed as an effective method to realize the correction of logging curve in corkscrew borehole section,and it is also a new method that needs to be explored in the future.
