摘 要:地层孔隙压力预测是研究井壁稳定性的一个重要因素,准确预测地层孔隙压力可以避免发生溢流、井喷等安全问题,提高钻井效率,降低环境影响和经济损失。江苏油田花庄区块是新发现的页岩油区块,在施工过程中由于地层孔隙压力预测不准而引发溢流、坍塌等复杂事故。为提高花庄区块地层孔隙压力预测精度,应用等效深度法、Eaton法、有效应力法进行孔隙压力预测,并对预测结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:等效深度法和有效应力法预测结果最大误差均超过10%,不能满足工程需要;Eaton法预测误差最小,最大误差为4.77%。因此,在花庄区块用Eaton法预测地层孔隙压力的效果最佳。预测结果应用于指导现场施工,减少复杂事故的发生,为该区块页岩油的开发提供技术支撑。Formation pore pressure prediction is an important factor in the study of wellbore stability.Accurate prediction of pore pressure can avoid safety problems,such as overflow and blowout,thereby improving drilling efficiency,reducing environmental impact,and minimizing economic losses.Huazhuang block in Jiangsu oilfield is a newly discovered shale oil block,which caused many complex accidents such as overflow and collapse due to inaccurate prediction of pore pressure during the construction process.To increase the prediction precision of pore pressure in the Huazhuang block,the article applied the equivalent depth method,the Eaton method and the effective stress method to predict the pore pressure,and analyzed the prediction results.The results show that the maximum error of the prediction results of the equivalent depth method and the effective stress method exceeds 10%,which cannot satisfy the engineering damands,while the prediction error of the Eaton method is the smallest,with a maximum error of 4.77%.Therefore,the application of the Eaton method for predicting formation pore pressure is most effective in the Huazhuang block,and the prediction results can guide on-site operation,reduce the occurrence of complex accidents,and provide important technical support for the development of shale oil in this block.
