摘 要:由于磁饱和现象的存在,导致磁靶磁感应强度不能像理论值一样持续增加,因而磁靶理论导向范围与实际值存在差异,针对这一问题,提出一种考虑到磁饱和现象的磁靶参数优化方法。该方法首先采用理论分析、数值模拟和室内实验相结合的方式,分析了在非开挖穿越过程中影响磁靶导向范围的主要因素;然后在此基础上,设置其他参数的限制条件,并通过修改主要因素的数值来进行模拟计算;最后比较各方案的功率,选择功率最小的方案作为最终优化方案。仿真结果表明:与理论分析相比,数值模拟可以更好地考虑磁饱和现象;影响磁靶导向范围的主要因素是磁芯长度,磁芯体积相同的情况下,磁芯长度与直径的比值越大,磁场强化系数越大。该研究结果表明,在出现磁饱和现象时,数值模拟方法更适合用于对磁靶进行分析。In view of the problem that the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic target cannot continue to increase like the theoretical value due to the existence of magnetic saturation,and the theoretical guidance range of the magnetic target is different from the actual value,this study proposes a magnetic target parameter optimization method considering the magnetic saturation phenomenon.Firstly,the main factors affecting the guiding range of magnetic targets during non-excavation engineering are analyzed by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and indoor experiment.Then,on this basis,set the restrictions of other parameters,and perform simulation calculations by modifying the values of the main factors.Finally,the power of each scheme is compared,and the scheme with the least power is selected as the final optimization scheme.The simulation results show that compared with the theoretical analysis,the numerical simulation can better consider the magnetic saturation phenomenon.The main factor affecting the guiding range of the magnetic target is the length of the core,and when the core volume is the same,the greater the diameter ratio of the core length,the greater the magnetic field strengthening coefficient.The results show that numerical simulation methods are more suitable for the analysis of magnetic targets when magnetic saturation occurs.
