摘　　要：从县域社会出发,通过对地方政治相对微观和长时段考察,能进一步深化对南京国民政府初期政绅党关系与县域权力格局的理解。北洋时期,在县知事之外,亳县形成了广义上的绅权统治格局。南京国民政府成立后,国民党县党部登上县域政治舞台,县域社会权力资源配置开始发生新变化。虽然起初党权孱弱,但在禁烟案中,党部依靠骑二师支持,扳倒了绅派,进入全盛时期;在后来的李玉奇造反案中,绅派因得到县长支持得以复归,党部遭到削弱。经多回合竞逐,党绅双方互有消长,最终走向融合,地方派系政治出现新的分化组合。亳县的例子表明,县域政治社会因国民党党部的出现更趋复杂,但绅派权势得以延续,党部亦非全然弱势,地方政治呈现出复线的发展历程。A relatively microscopic and long-term examination of local politics from the perspective of county society can further deepen the understanding of the pattern of county power in the early years of the Nanjing Nationalist Government.During the Beiyang period,outside of the county governors,Bo County developed a pattern of gentry power rule in the broad sense.After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,the county party headquarters of the Kuomintang(KMT)entered the county political arena and new changes began to take place in the allocation of social power resources in the county.Although the party was initially weak,in the drug prohibition case,the party relied on the support of the army to bring down the gentry and enter its heyday;in the later case of the Li Yuqi(李玉奇)rebellion,the gentry were able to return with the support of the county governor and the party was weakened.After many rounds of competition,the party and the gentry faded and eventually fused,and a new division of local factional politics emerged.The example of Bo County shows that county politics and society became more complex with the emergence of the KMT party ministry,but the power of the gentry continued,the party ministry was not entirely weak,and local politics developed in a complex line.
