摘　　要：文章对液压或气压系统中过滤装置滤芯更换问题进行了研究,提出了一种具有自动检测滤芯寿命,可以连续工作,具有物联网功能的智能过滤装置的设计方案。对总体方案进行了描述,采用多通道切换的结构设计。对控制系统进行了设计,采用单片机为核心,对输入输出控制及驱动、显示、物联网通信等功能进行了设计,并进行了基本功能验证。该方案具有可行性和实际应用价值。The problem of filter element replacement in hydraulic or pneumatic system was studied,and a design scheme of intelligent filter device with automatic filter life detection,continuous operation and Internet of Things function was proposed.The overall scheme was described and the structure design of multi-channel switching was adopted.The control system was designed,using single chip microcomputer as the core.The input and output control and driving,display,Internet of things communication and other functions were designed,and the basic functions were verified.It was demonstrated that the scheme has feasibility and practical application value.
