摘　　要：人类社会已步入数字时代,民主政治亦深受数字技术影响,但这种变化并未超出马克思主义政治哲学的理论视域。在数字时代,全过程人民民主的数字化发展需要以马克思主义政治哲学为引领,从而科学合理地构想中国数字民主政治的应然之境。同时,要充分利用数字技术的积极作用,正视面临的问题与挑战,使民主理想在与具体实践的不断调适中逐步化为现实,实现政治哲学与政治实践的辩证统一。进而在发展全过程人民民主的同时,推动马克思主义政治哲学创造性转化与发展,加快构建符合21世纪马克思主义、当代中国马克思主义的中国特色社会主义政治哲学话语体系。Entering the digital age,the human society,particularly democratic politics,has been deeply influenced by digital technology.However,the influence has not exceeded the theoretical scope of Marxist political philosophy.In the digital age,the digital development of the whole-process people’s democracy calls for the scientific guidance of Marxist political philosophy to conceive the ideal state of China’s digital democratic politics.Moreover,facing the problems and challenges,it is necessary to fully utilize the positive role of digital technology to turn democratic ideals into reality through continuous adjustment in specific practices,and consequently,to achieve the dialectical unity of political philosophy and political practice.Furthermore,while developing the whole-process people’s democracy,it is also vital to promote the creative transformation and development of Marxist political philosophy,and to construct a discourse system of socialist political philosophy with Chinese characteristics that is in line with Marxism in the 21st century,as well as the contemporary Chinese Marxism.
