摘　　要：基于安徽省统计年鉴面板数据,采用中国私营企业创业指数(CPEA)测量方法衡量合肥都市圈7个城市的创业活跃度,通过面板回归模型研究各地区创业活跃度对人均GDP的影响及差异。结果表明:2011—2020年合肥都市圈各市的创业水平整体呈现波浪式上升趋势,城市之间创业水平差距显著,呈现出发展不均衡的现象;城市创业活跃度对人均GDP有显著的正向促进作用;根据创业指数将7市分为高度活跃区和比较活跃区,其中比较活跃区创业活跃度对人均GDP的贡献大于高度活跃区。依据合肥都市圈各市创业活跃度和经济发展现状,有针对性地提出实现创业效应最大化的建议。On the basis of the panel data of Anhui Provincial Statistical Yearbook,the China Private Enterprise Entrepreneurship(CPEA)Index measure is used to measure the entrepreneurial activity of seven cities in the Hefei metropolitan area,and the impact and difference of entrepreneurial activity on per capita GDP in each region are studied by panel regression model.The results show that:from 2011 to 2020,the overall entrepreneurship level of each city in the Hefei metropolitan area shows a wave-like upward trend;there are significant disparities in entrepreneurship levels between cities,showing uneven development;urban entrepreneurial activity has a significant positive contribution to per capita GDP;according to the entrepreneurship index,the seven cities are divided into highly active and relatively active regions,where the contribution of entrepreneurial activity to per capita GDP in the relatively active region is greater than that in the highly active region.The contribution of entrepreneurial activity to GDP per capita in the more active areas is greater than that in the highly active areas.Accordingly,the suggestions for maximizing the entrepreneurial effect are proposed by combining the entrepreneurial activity and the current economic development of each city in the Hefei metropolitan area.
