摘  要:Z世代大学生在就业过程中呈现“泛知识”学习日趋流行、求职备战行为前置、更加注重实习和职业技能培训、求职线上化进程加速、数智化招聘模式不断涌现、跨专业就业占比逐年提升的新特点。基于Z世代大学生的就业行为特点,元宇宙可以通过创设智慧学习环境、建设虚拟仿真实训中心、开发职业体验及远程实习平台、搭建人力资源信息库、构建元宇宙招聘服务平台、打造沉浸式具身社交网络的途径,赋能Z世代大学生核心就业能力提升,推动Z世代大学生实现高质量充分就业。Generation Z college students exhibit new characteristics in the employment process,such as the increasing popularity of“pan-knowledge”learning,proactive job preparation behavior,greater emphasis on internships and vocational skills training,accelerated online job search process,continuous emergence of digital and intelligent recruitment models,and an increasing proportion of cross professional employment.Based on the employment behavior characteristics of Generation Z college students,the Metaverse can empower Generation Z college students to enhance their core employment abilities and promote their high-quality and full employment by creating a smart learning environment,constructing a virtual simulation training center,developing a career experience and remote internship platform,building a human resource information database,constructing a Metaverse recruitment service platform,and creating an immersive and personalized social network.
