基于互惠性的高校毕业生就业推荐的路径探析

摘　　要：为推进高校毕业生高效就业,基于双向互惠性的就业推荐策略优势,结合福建商学院近2届毕业生就业调查数据,探析基于互惠性的高校毕业生就业推荐路径,阐述信息收集、特征提取、算法推荐、应用终端4个路径。归纳高校毕业生就业推荐的价值意蕴,对就业推荐算法系统功能提出改善:坚持党管数据,注重隐私保护;鼓励基层就业,精准推送政策;建立多级联动,加大创业支持。To promote the efficient employment of college graduates and draw the advantages of employment recommendation strategy based on two-way reciprocity,combining the employment survey data of the last two graduates of Fujian Business University,the authors explore the path of employment recommendation of college graduates based on reciprocity,and elaborate the four paths of information collection,feature extraction,algorithmic recommendation,and application terminal.The authors summarize the value implication of employment recommendation for college graduates,and propose to improve the function of the employment recommendation algorithm system,i.e.,adhering to the party’s control of data,focusing on privacy protection,encouraging grass-roots employment,targeted delivering policies,establishing multilevel linkage,and increasing entrepreneurial support.
