摘　　要：以棉籽油为原料,经过甲酯化,环氧化、羟基化合成了棉籽油多元醇,测定了棉籽油多元醇表面活性性能,并进行了红外表征。。以棉籽油多元醇为乳化剂,按照已知配方制备了护手霜,对护手霜的稳定性、耐寒性、耐热性、pH值等进行测定。结果表明:棉籽油多元醇的羟值(KOH)为112.26 mg/g,碘值为84 g/100 g,HLB值为4,表面张力为54.30×10^(-3)N/m;以棉籽油多元醇为乳化剂制得的护手霜,其稳定性、耐寒性、耐热性都良好,pH值符合国家标准,在化妆品配方中棉籽油多元醇可以替代化学合成乳化剂。Cottonseed oil polyol was prepared from cottonseed oil by methyl esterification,epoxidation and hydroxylation.The properties and structure of cottonseed oil polyol were characterized by hydroxyl value,iodine value,surface tension,infrared spectrum,and HLB value.Using cottonseed oil polyols as emulsifiers,different hand creams were prepared according to known formulas,and the stability,cold resistance,heat resistance,pH value of the hand cream were tested.The results showed that the hydroxyl value(KOH)of the product was 112.26 mg/g,the iodine value was 84 g/100 g,the HLB value was 4,and the surface tension was 54.30×10^(-3)N/m.By characterizing the product through infrared spectroscopy,it was found that cottonseed oil contains multiple hydroxyl groups after methylation,epoxidation,and hydroxylation.The hand cream made from cottonseed oil polyols as emulsifier has good stability,cold resistance,and heat resistance,and the pH value meets the national standards,which can replace the chemical synthetic emulsifiers.
