摘　　要：采用可生物降解的原硅酸钠为主剂与助洗剂、表面活性剂、缓蚀剂进行复配,制备了一种环保型水基金属清洗剂,优化配方(质量比)为:20%原硅酸钠+9%碳酸氢钠+7%助洗剂三聚磷酸钠+3%非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚+2%三乙醇胺+1%消泡剂(乳化硅油及聚二甲基硅氧烷)+58%水。该金属清洗剂对金属表面的油污的净洗力可达99.5%以上,且环保、可生物降解、清洗效果好、油污去除率高,满足金属零件的清洗要求,无刺激性气味且不燃,符合GB/T 35759—2017相关指标要求。An environmentally friendly water-based metal cleaner was prepared by compounding biodegradable sodium orthosilicate as the main agent with cleaning aids,surfactants,corrosion inhibitors,etc.The optimal formula was determined to be:20%sodium orthosilicate,9%sodium bicarbonate,7%sodium tripolyphosphate as a washing aid,3%nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,2%triethanolamine,and 1%defoamer(emulsified silicone oil and polydimethylsiloxane).The results show that the metal cleaning agent has a cleaning power of over 99.5%for oil stains on metal surfaces,and is environmentally friendly,biodegradable,with good cleaning effect and high oil stain removal rate.It meets the cleaning requirements of metal parts,has no irritating odor,and is non-flammable,and meets the requirements of relevant indicators of metal cleaning agents in GB/T 35759-2017.It has strong industrial application value.
