摘　　要：致病菌黏附在生物或非生物表面形成的生物膜对医疗卫生是巨大挑战,生物膜的形成对细菌的生存能力以及对外界破坏因素的抵抗能力具有重要影响,是在临床上造成细菌耐药、持续性感染的重要原因之一。研究抑制或消除生物膜的药物对病原微生物的控制至关重要,抗生物膜药物的相关研究众多,论文整理并讨论了细菌生物膜形成的相关影响因素以及目前一些抗生物膜药物的研究进展,主要包括纳米银、天然提取物、噬菌体、抗菌肽等,以期为抗生物膜药物的相关研究提供思路和方向。The biofilm formed by pathogenic bacteria adhering to biological or non-biological surfaces is a huge challenge to medical and health care.The formation of biofilm has an important impact on the survival ability of bacteria and the resistance to external destructive factors.It is one of the important reasons for bacterial resistance and persistent infection in clinical practice.Research on drugs that inhibit or eliminate biofilms is essential for the control of pathogenic microorganisms.At present,there are numerous related studies on anti-biofilm drugs.This paper sorted out and discussed the related influencing factors of bacterial biofilm formation and the current research progress on anti-biofilm drugs,including nano-silver,natural extracts,phages,antimicrobial peptides,etc.,to provide ideas and directions for the related research on anti-biofilm drugs.
