摘　　要：猪圆环病毒(Porcine circovirus,PCV)是目前已知可以在哺乳动物细胞中进行自我复制的最小病毒,已经发现4种基因型。PCV4最早于2019年在中国湖南发现,迄今已有多个省份检测到PCV4阳性样本,引起人们广泛关注。临床上PCV4难以分离培养,但是已经成功构建PCV4感染性克隆毒株并证实其具有致病性。通过对近年来我国多个省市PCV4流行情况进行监测,显示PCV4至少已经在我国16个省市流行传播。论文就PCV4基因组特性、病毒分离与致病力、鉴别检测、流行演化、防控策略以及未来研究方向等方面进行系统综述,有助于深入了解PCV4的研究进展,为PCV4防控提供新思路。Porcine circovirus(PCV)is the smallest virus known to self-replicate in mammalian cells.Four gene types of PCV have been found.PCV4 was first discovered in Hunan,China 2019.PCV4 is difficult to be isolated from clinical positive samples,but PCV4 infectious clone has been successfully constructed and rescued,which has been shown to be pathogenic for pigs.PCV4 has been spread in at least 16 provinces and cities in China.A systemic review on the genomic characteristics,virus isolation and pathogenicity,differential detection,prevalence and evolution,prevention and control strategies and future research directions of PCV4 will help to understand the research progress on PCV4 and provide new insights for PCV4 prevention and control.
