摘　　要：介绍了中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院在病床专用毛巾消毒管理过程中出现的问题;成立持续质量改进小组,采用PDCA循环,从人员、设备、物料、制度、环境等方面分析原因,然后制订改进计划并付诸实施;对改进措施的效果进行评价,并提出了下一步改进方向。It introduces the problems that occurred in the disinfection management process of special bed towels in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University;a continuous quality improvement team was established,using the PDCA cycle,analyzed the reasons from the aspects of personnel,equipment,materials,systems,environment,etc.,and then formulated an improvement plan and put it into practice;evaluated the effectiveness of the improvement measures and proposed the improvement direction for the next step.
