摘　　要：为解决烟用贮柜底带链条人工润滑过程中存在劳动强度大、润滑效果不佳等问题,设计了一种一体式自动润滑装置。该装置由集成箱体和精准润滑机构组成,固定安装在贮柜机架的侧板上;集成箱体内部设置有针阀式油杯、高精度小流量泵和PLC控制电路,启动装置电源后由PLC控制流量泵将油杯中的润滑剂自动滴落在链条上;通过调整精准润滑机构中滴管和行程开关的位置,准确定位不同规格贮柜链条的滴定位置;选用黏度等级为220的食品级齿轮油作为润滑剂,每个滚子的润滑剂用量和滴定时间分别为0.35 mL和0.8 s。以广州卷烟厂制丝车间使用的10台烟用贮柜为对象进行测试,结果表明:与人工润滑方式相比,采用自动润滑装置每台贮柜可节省润滑剂成本约18420元/年,人力成本35.5 h/年,润滑周期由1个月延长至6个月。该技术可为卷烟企业降本增效提供支持。To address the shortcomings of manual lubrication of bottom belt chains in tobacco silo,such as high labor intensity and poor lubrication effects,an integrated automatic lubrication device was developed.This device consists of a box and a lubrication mechanism,and was mounted on the side wall of the silo’s bracket.The box contains a needle-valve type oil cup,a high-precision flow control pump,and a PLC controller.The PLC controls the pump to automatically dispense lubricant from the oil cup to the chains.Properly positioning the lubrication mechanism’s dropper and travel switch is essential to adapt to the chains of different specifications.Food-grade gear oil with a viscosity grade of 220 is selected as the lubricant.The amount of lubricant applied to each roller is set at 0.35 mL in a period of 0.8 s.The developed lubrication device was tested on ten tobacco silos in the primary processing department in Guangzhou Cigarette Factory.The results showed that each silo equipped with the automatic lubrication device achieved an approximate annual cost saving of 18420 RMB Yuan for lubricant,reduced labor cost by 35.5 hours annually,and extended the lubrication cycle from one month to six months.This technology helps cigarette manufacturers reduce costs and improve efficiency.
