摘　　要：随着我国玻璃行业环保排放标准的逐步收紧,探讨、研究、开发一种适用于玻璃熔窑烟气特性的超低排放烟气处理工艺已迫在眉睫。通过对比玻璃行业现有熔窑烟气处理工艺的优缺点,结合新材料、新装备的发展及其应用,设计了适合于玻璃熔窑烟气超低排放的新工艺,提升玻璃性能,节能降耗。With the gradual tightening of environmental emission standards in China's glass industry,it is urgent to explore,research,and develop an ultra-low emission flue gas treatment process suitable for the characteristics of glass furnace flue gas.This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of existing furnace flue gas treatment processes in the glass industry,and combines the development and application of new materials and equipment to propose process design and operation methods suitable for ultra clean emission of glass furnace flue gas,in order to improve the performance and quality of glass.
