摘 要:为进一步明确山东省地方水稻品种中抗稻瘟病基因(以下简称抗瘟基因)的分布情况,本研究利用Pita、Pita2、Pia、Pi9、Pigm、Pikm、Pi54、Pi5、Pii、Pib、Pish和Pi1 12个抗瘟基因的功能标记,对78个山东省地方水稻品种进行了分子检测。结果表明,Pi54和Pia在供试品种中的分布频率高达67.95%和50.00%;其次是Pi5、Pikm、Pib、Pii和Pi1,分布频率分别为29.49%、21.79%、20.51%、20.51%和16.67%;分布频率较低的是Pi9、Pish和Pita2,分布频率均为1.28%;供试品种中都未检出Pita和Pigm。在供试品种中,检出2个抗瘟基因的品种数量最多,占供试品种总数的34.62%;检出1个抗瘟基因的品种数量次之,占24.36%;检出3、4、5、6、7个抗瘟基因的品种分别有13、7、4、1、2个,另有5个品种未检出任意一个抗瘟基因。在遗传相似系数为0.80时,可将78个品种聚为4类,其中70个品种聚为一类。本研究初步明确了78个山东省水稻品种的抗稻瘟病基因分布情况,可为进一步利用地方品种中的稻瘟病抗性基因培育广谱抗稻瘟病新品种提供科学依据。In order to clarify the distribution of rice blast resistance genes in local rice varieties in Shan-dong Province,78 local rice varieties were detected with the molecular functional markers of Pita,Pita2,Pia,Pi9,Pigm,Pikm,Pi54,Pi5,Pii,Pib,Pish and Pi1 genes.The results showed that the distribution frequency of the two resistance genes Pi54 and Pia were higher as 67.95%and 50.00%,followed by Pi5,Pikm,Pib,Pii and Pi1 with the distribution frequency as 29.49%,21.79%,20.51%,20.51%and 16.67%,respectively;Pi9,Pish and Pita2 had the lowest distribution frequency of 1.28%.All these varieties didn’t contain Pita and Pigm.The number of local varieties with 2 blast resistance genes was the most,which ac-counted for 34.62%;the number of local varieties with one blast resistance gene was second and accounted for 24.36%,while that with three,four,five,six and seven blast resistance genes were 13,7,4,1 and 2;five varieties had no blast resistance genes.The 78 local varieties could be clustered into four classes at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.80,among which,70 varieties were clustered into one class.In this study,the distri-bution of blast resistance genes in the 78 local rice varieties of Shandong Province were preliminarily identi-fied,which could provide scientific references for breeding new varieties with broad-spectrum blast resistance by further utilizing the blast resistance genes in local rice varieties.
