摘　　要：森林防灭火能力建设是推动森林防火治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,是保护森林生态资源的根本保障。以临沂市蒙阴县森林防灭火能力建设为例,通过分析十年来发生的森林火情原因,探讨了防火宣传、火源管控、技防建设、应急救援、基础保障、压实责任等6个方面的能力建设,旨在及时总结蒙阴县森林防灭火能力建设经验,为其他地区森林防灭火能力建设工作提供有益参考。The construction of forest fire prevention and extinguishing capabilities is an inevitable requirement for promoting the modernization of forest fire prevention and control systems and capabilities,and is a fundamental guarantee for protecting forest ecological resources.The construction of forest fire prevention and extinguishing capacity in Mengyin County,Linyi City was taken as an example in this article.By analyzing the causes of forest fires that have occurred over the past decade,six aspects of capacity building were explored,including fire prevention publicity,fire source control,technical prevention construction,emergency rescue,basic support,and compaction responsibility.The aim is to timely summarize the experience of forest fire prevention and extinguishing capacity construction in Mengyin County and provide useful reference for the construction of forest fire prevention and extinguishing capacity in other regions.
