摘  要:为探索低成本、高效率的马尾松木材联苯菊酯防腐浸泡工艺,采用正交试验法,研究浸泡工艺对马尾松锯材增重率和联苯菊酯载药量的影响。结果表明:联苯菊酯浓度对增重率和载药量的影响最大,其次为浸泡时长,最后为浸泡深度,其中联苯菊酯浓度和浸泡时间对增重率和载药量有显著性影响。综合企业实际生产,本研究以时间为优化条件,确定的较优工艺为:联苯菊酯浓度0.05%、浸泡时长6 h、浸泡深度为50 mm。以此工艺浸泡的马尾松锯材,联苯菊酯载药量为0.059%,满足AS/NZS 1604.1:2021 Preservative-treated wood-based products Part 1:Products and treatment对联苯菊酯的限值要求。In order to explore the low cost and high efficiency preservative soaking process of bifenthrin,the orthogonal test was utilized to study the effect of soaking process on retention and the weight gain percentage and of Masson pine sawn timber.The test results showed that the concentration of bifenthrin had the greatest effect on weight gain percentage and retention rate,followed by soaking time and soaking depth.Among which the concentration and soaking time had significant effects on weight gain percentage and retention rate.Based on the actual production condition of the factory,this study took time as the optimization consideration,and the optimal process was determined as follows:bifenthrin concentration of 0.05%,soaking time of 6 h,and soaking depth of 50 mm.The Masson pine sawn timber soaked in this process had a retention rate of 0.059%,which met the limit requirements for bifenthrin stated in AS/NZS 1604.1:2021 Preservative-treated wood-based products Part 1:Products and treatmentt.
