乡村振兴背景下推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化建设研究——以广西D县为例

摘　　要：当前,我国城镇化已进入新的发展阶段,要实现城镇化的均衡、协调、高质量发展,避免出现大城市过度膨胀、中小城市日益萎缩的不利局面,必须高度重视县域城镇化建设。文章以广西D县为例,基于乡村振兴背景和县域城镇化理论研究,在阐述该地城镇化现状的基础上,深入分析其城镇化发展的现实困境,并从做强优势产业、加快市政基础设施建设、提升公共服务质量等三方面提出推进县域城镇化的思路和建议。At present,China's urbanization has entered a new stage of development.In order to achieve a balanced,coordinated and high-quality development of urbanization and avoid the adverse situation of excessive expansion of large cities and shrinking of small and medium-sized cities,we must attach great importance to the urbanization of county towns and list the urbanization development with county towns as an important carrier into the national strategic height.Taking D County in Guangxi as an example,based on the background of rural revitalization and theoretical research on urbanization of the county seat,the text deeply analyzes the realistic predicament of urbanization development on the basis of expounding the current situation of urbanization in the county seat,and puts forward ideas and suggestions to promote the urbanization of the county seat from three aspects:strengthening the advantageous industries,speeding up the construction of municipal infrastructure,and improving the quality of public services.
