摘  要:本试验以泥炭土、牛粪、园土、珍珠岩、蛭石等为主要原料配制不同的生长基质,通过测量不同基质的理化特性以及观测记录红杉幼树在不同基质中的生长发育等生理特性水平比较,研发红杉幼树专用培育基质,为工厂化生产红杉容器大苗提供技术依据。本文通过9种不同的材料配比配制基质后,先进行土壤理化性质的测量,然后将红杉幼苗移栽到不同的配制基质中2个月后测量红杉的生长高度、茎粗、叶片数量等生长指标;试验结果显示,以材料5的配制对红杉幼苗生长的效果为最好,其中生长高度和生长茎粗分别达到15.3cm、0.77cm,在生产中值得推广应用。This experiment uses peat soil,cow dung,garden soil,perlite,vermiculite,etc.as the main raw materials to prepare different growth substrates.Through measuring the physical and chemical properties of different substrates and observing and recording the growth and development of young trees of Sequoia chinensis in different substrates and other physiological characteristics,it develops a special cultivation substrate for young trees of Sequoia chinensis,which provides a technical basis for the factory production of large container seedlings of Sequoia chinensis.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of soil were measured first after the substrate was prepared with 9 different materials,and then the growth height,stem diameter,leaf number and other growth indicators of Chinese fir seedlings were measured after transplanting them into different prepared substrates for 2 months;The results showed that the formulation of material 5 had the best effect on the growth of Chinese fir seedlings.The growth height and growth stem diameter reached 15.3 cm and 0.77 cm,respectively.It is worth popularizing and applying in production.
