新时代提升林业基层统计数据质量的路径探析

摘　　要：生态文明建设是新时代中国特色社会主义事业“五位一体”总体布局的重要组成部分,作为生态文明建设的重要载体,林业肩负着更加光荣的使命,承担着重大职责。林业统计工作作为林业经济工作的重要组成部分,既是林业发展的综合反映,是林业经营决策的主要信息来源,也是林业产业监督的重要手段。本文根据当前广西林业基层统计工作中普遍存在的统计数据收集难、数据来源渠道单一、原始数据采集不规范、统计人员变动频繁等问题,分别从思想认识、方法创新、多方合作、基础管理、队伍建设、统计分析等多个角度提出了相应的对策建议,以期为林业基层统计数据信息质量的提升提供借鉴。Ecological civilization construction is an important part of the overall layout of the"five in one"cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.As an important carrier of ecological civilization construction,forestry shoulders a more glorious mission and bears great responsibilities.As an important part of forestry economic work,forestry statistics is not only a comprehensive reflection of forestry development,but also the main information source of forestry management decision-making,and an important means of forestry industry supervision.In this paper,according to the existing problems in Guangxi forestry grass-roots statistical work,such as difficulty in collecting statistical data,single source of data,nonstandard collection of original data,frequent changes of statisticians,etc.,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of ideological understanding,method innovation,multi-party cooperation,basic management,team building,statistical analysis,etc.,in order to provide reference for the improvement of forestry grass-roots statistical data information quality.
