基于功能视角的残疾人康复体育服务供需矛盾纾解路径研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法等方法,基于功能视角系统探究残疾人康复体育服务供需矛盾的概念内涵、逻辑维度、现实困境和理论架构。研究认为,当前康复体育服务主要存在政策体系尚未完善、服务需求识别模糊、服务供给配置不均等问题。为实现不同类别残疾人康复体育服务需求的精准判识和服务供给的均衡分配,提出纾解供需矛盾的实践路径:以功能为导向,增强康复体育意识;以改革为动力,深化服务体制改革;以均衡为目标,完善资本资源供给;以标准为模板,形成供需良性循环。By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,based on the functional perspective,this paper systematically explores the conceptual connotation,logical dimension,realistic dilemma and theoretical framework of the contradiction between supply and demand of rehabilitation sports services for the disabled.The research shows that the current rehabilitation sports service mainly has problems such as incomplete policy system,vague service demand identification and unequal service supply allocation.In order to realize the accurate identification of different types of disabled persons'rehabilitation sports service needs and the balanced distribution of service supply,the practical path to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand is put forward:function oriented,enhance the awareness of rehabilitation sports;deepen the reform of the service system with reform as the driving force;to balance as the goal,improve the supply of capital resources;take the standard as the template to form a virtuous cycle of supply and demand.
