摘  要:当前无线设备、移动基站,尤其是WiFi应用在日常工作生活中快速增长,有必要从多学科角度认识和评估电磁辐射(EMR)对人体的影响。人体暴露于电磁环境,电磁场变化可能影响铁元素在躯体区域分布,由于EMR的近脑暴露导致脑铁积累和铁氧化应激,诱导神经元死亡,其特征是依赖铁的脂质过氧化物积累致细胞死亡。肠道菌群也是电磁感应的敏感生物,EMR还导致肠道菌群重构及其代谢衍生物发生变化。分析了运动在EMR环境中的神经保护和辐射防护作用的研究进展,探讨运动神经保护和辐射防护作用潜在的分子机制。提出EMR通过神经元铁死亡信号或肠道菌群重构进行电磁-生物信号转换,产生生物学效应,运动可能通过多种未知机制保护神经元,从而发挥抗辐射、神经保护作用。Nowadays,wireless equipment,mobile base stations,especially WiFi are exploding in daily work and life.It is necessary to understand and evaluate the impact of electromagnetic radiation(electromagnetic radiation,EMR)on the human body from a multidisciplinary perspective.The human body is exposed to the electromagnetic environment,and changes in the electromagnetic field may affect the distribution of iron in body regions.Due to near⁃brain exposure of EMR,brain iron accumulation and iron oxidative stress are induced,inducing neuronal ferroptosis,characterized by iron⁃dependent lipid peroxide accumulation for cell death.Secondly,gut microbiota are also sensitive organisms to electromagnetic induction,and EMR also leads to changes in gut microbiota remodeling and its metabolic derivatives.This review reviews the neuroprotective and radioprotective effects of exercise in the EMR environment and discusses the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of motor neuroprotective and radiation protection.It is proposed that EMR performs electromagnetic⁃biological signal conversion through neuronal ferroptosis signal or gut microbiota remodeling,leading to produce biological effects,and exercise may protect neurons through multiple unknown mechanisms,thus playing a radiation⁃resistant and neuroprotective role.
