摘　　要：以某大型炼化一体化项目建设方案比选为例,探讨了层次分析法在石化项目建设方案比选中的应用。包括层次分析法原理、层次分析法应用的详细案例分析;指出,层次分析法具有较强的逻辑性和系统性,是石化建设项目比选的有效决策工具。Taking one specific large-scale refining-chemical integration project as an example,the applications of analytic hierarchy process on construction scheme comparison of petrochemical projects are discussed,including the theory and the case study.It is indicated that analytic hierarchy process shows the logistic and systematic features,which can be an efficient tool for the scheme comparison decision of petrochemical projects.
